    Hey TS55,

Thanks for giving the plugin a try — it’s possible that this is a theme conflict. Can you provide a URL to the site that’s giving you trouble? Thanks!

    Hey,

Thanks for getting back to me so soon. I ended up abandoning that idea and created a sufficient workaround for now. If I decide to use it in the future, I’ll try again or contact. Thanks again for the quick reply!!

Hello there, I can confirm this is an actual bug when you combine this plugin and WC 2.5+
Is there any fix available? I need this feature.

    Hey Marcelo,

thanks for using the plugin – may I ask if you have tried with just WooCommerce and Custom Product Tabs active on WC 2.5.5, with all plugins disabled and a default theme bundled with WordPress? As Chase wrote above, can you provide a URL where this is happening?

    thanks

Yes, I tried switching to the default WP theme (2016) and the tabs work.
Yet the tabs used to work with the theme until we upgraded WP from 4.3 to 4.4, WooCommerce from 2.3 to 2.5 and your plugin from 1.3.1 to 1.4.0. If I downgrade to 1.3.1, it is still not working.

So, something changed in how the last version of WooCommerce or WP handle the tabs, that effected how your plugin behaves.

Here is a sample of a production page:
    https://enviaregalo.com/productos/movil-para-9-fotos/

And here is the same on the staging server. Only difference is that is using the theme Twenty Sixteen:

    Any ideas?

On the main site I cannot click on the tabs, which makes me think to a theme or plugin conflict with the tabs js

On the staging one I’m able to click on tabs (Chrome/Ubuntu)

however, do you have the same problem as TS55 above, that you can’t display information entered information you have entered in the ‘content’ field in the custom tab settings?

since you mention of an upgrade problem, if you manually save/update any tab again does that work?

Hi, if I save/update any tab again, it still don’t work.
It must be related to something changed in WC 2.5.

In your changelog for 1.4.0 you say the plugin has now Added support for WooCommerce 2.5. Maybe there is any modification that is making it not work with the newer versions.

In the other hand, I don’t see any hints by looking to the Chrome Console, kinda no errors at all.

    Any ideas?

Hi @marcelo, As you said above:

Yes, I tried switching to the default WP theme (2016) and the tabs work.

This shows us that the issue isn’t between the plugin and WooCommerce 2.5, but between your theme and WooCommerce 2.5. As Fulvio mentioned, there’s probably an issue in the theme’s javascript in handling tabs with the most recent version of WooCommerce since tabs can’t be clicked either.

Since we’ve determined that the plugin works with other themes, and we are not able to replicate this behavior ourselves with any default themes or Storefront, could you please submit an issue with the theme author to look into tabs being incompatible with WooCommerce 2.5?

    thanks!
    Beka

Yes, I bet my best option is to try that.. and I’ll do… somehow. Because that theme has a lot of customizations.
    Thanks!
