Not working with other YITH plugins

We are using YITH AJAX search for the product searching.
We have a widget for filtering on the shop page and the search results page.
IN the filter widget, we have filtering by YITH brands and filtering by YITH in stock or out of stock.
On the shop page (https://gibbyselectronicsupermarket.ca/shop/) the YITH filters are displaying correctly in the left hand sidebar.
On the search results (https://gibbyselectronicsupermarket.ca/?post_type=product&s=sony), the YITH filters are not displaying.
The 2 pages are using the exact same widget.
