Not working with our install

    We’re desperate to get this working… we just need one other person to get these notifications and your plugin is really the only tool out there that does JUST that – and not a bunch of other stuff we don’t need….

    What might be causing the issue? The Admin is getting the comments but not the one person’s email we added to your plugin settings.

  • Hi, We need to have 2 or 3 people notified about any comments from our posts. All are administrators. There are 2 other emails listed besides mine, but I am the only one who receives notifications. We installed WP Comment Notification yesterday (08/03/2020) but it has no effect. These are leads for our client so we need to stay on top of them. We are using WP 5.3.2, theme Finoptis. Here is our site: https://boardsafedocks.com/. Thanks!
