Not working with Polylang site

    Hello, LightStart does not seem to have any effect on our page when the Polylang plugin is active.

    I want to fully shut down this site for the time being, except for the maintenance page, so I have deactivated Polylang because I don’t need it now. Solves the problem for me, but maybe this incompatibility can be fixed…

    I found an earlier thread about this here https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/issue-when-using-the-plugin-with-polylang/ but I do not understand how it was solved. Disabling Otter does not help in my case.

    Thank you for using LightStrat and reaching out.

    I have tried replicating this issue on a clean instance but everything seemed to be working as expected.?I didn’t face any incompatibility issues and I was able to put the site under maintenance even with Polylang activated. Can you please provide us the site URL after turning on the polylang so that we can see what is the issue there?

    Thanks for replying. The site is https://cannabizz.pl/
    I tested once again by re-enabling Polylang, but again then the full site became accessible again. Polylang is configured to use different slugs for each language, so base language (Polish) is at https://cannabizz.pl/pl/ and second language English at https://cannabizz.pl/en/
    My guess is that the URL rewriting by Polylang may intercept with LightStart.

    I have checked your site and I can see that it is currently in maintenance mode. If you are still facing the issue then would it be possible to create a staging site where the following issue can be seen? This way we could take a look at it, as we can’t replicate it on our end, and your actual site will still work as expected.?
