not working with q2w3

This is a great plugin. I am trying to make it FIXED/STICKY so that the widget shows when the page is scrolled. I have installed the q2w3 plugin for fixed widget. But this plugin is not working with q2w3, I am unable to make my widgets sticky. Please help
