Not working with SG Optimizer + Popup Maker + Divi + Gravity Forms

This doesn’t seem to be working on this site when a form is located inside of a popup. Is there any way to account for this and make the plugin work as intended?

Popup Maker is not supported. Fresh Forms will work out of the box only for the supported embedding methods listed in the plugin description.
But you can add the snippet in the FAQ to your theme functions.php file or using a snippets plugin, to force Fresh Forms for a specific page of your site. Simply replace the page id’s in the example with your page id number.
After adding the snippet, you will need to empty SG Optimizer cache and your browser cache.
