Not working with simple products

Because Plugin is only for variable product as its described in its name. For simple product, woocommerce by default have that function which you can activate from setting – product tab somewhere. If that setting is activated and not working, then you have issue with your theme or plugin. In both case submit ticket in general support forum or Particular theme or plugin support forum which creating issue.

Thanks for your response. When I disabled the plugin, add to cart for simple products are working fine, but when I activate the plugin, add to cart for simple products doesn’t work. I’ve checked the box on WooCommerce settings in last version of WC. It seems to be some compatibility issues. I’m using Genesis Framework.

Thanks for the details. I think there is core issue with new woocommerce version. If you dont have plugin activated but still if you put code to show variable options on shop page, ajax still not work.

I am checking on it and will try to update plugin asap for same.

The plugin works great for variable products with WooCommerce 2.6.

But it would be really nice if you could extend the support to simple products. WooCommerce only has an option for ajax add to cart on category pages but not for product page.

New version is supporting it. Please update plugin to 1.2.9 and check again.

Mmh, just installed Version 1.2.9 and cleared all caches. But ajax add to cart for simple products is not working, page still reloads when pressing “add to cart” button on product page.

1) Are you checking on category page or product page ?
2) do you have woocommerce default ajax setting ticked or not ?

Also go to woocommerce tools and tick template debug and then check, is it working ?

1) I tried it on product page.
2) Tried it with default ajax setting on and off.

It is not working with debug mode.

I was checking into details you sent but they are not working now. Can you reset them and send me back updated details.

Also when i access the website, it comes totally blank, nothing on it. Let me know on same too.

Just send you new login details. The test site is only visible when you login.

I checked the website. Both add to cart works fine. Can you check again and let me know. Also The login details you sent is editor. Can you make it Admin, so i can activate, deactive plugin and setting to check it for more detail.
