Not Working with SiteGround Memcached!

The plugin was working properly without any issues. But after I enabled SiteGround Memcached caching, when you rate the post the new rating shows correctly but when you reload the page the new rating is not showing, and if I rate again (Although I’ve choose unique rating using IP) both old and new rating appears.

for example:

– The current rating is 5 stars by 30 votes.
– I rate the post 5 -> the new rating is 5 stars by 31 votes.
– I reload the page -> the rating is 5 stars by 30 votes.
– I rate the post 5 -> the new rating is 5 stars by 32 votes.
– I reload the page -> the rating is 5 stars by 30 votes.
– I rate the post 5 -> the new rating is 5 stars by 33 votes.
….

Can anyone fix this?!
