Not working with "Subscribe to Comments Reloaded" :(

your plug in is very nice, but have a huge set back, not work with Subscribe to Comments Reloaded.
I know you offer too subscription to discussion, but i like much more “Subscribe to Comments Reloaded”.
can you fix it and make working with your script?
the issue:
didint appear the checkboz and the text about subscribe to discussion close to “reply” button, no reply create subscription on Subscribe to Comments Reloaded.
as soon i disable your script, Subscribe to Comments Reloaded show again the checkbox/text, and work all as intended.
if you cannot do this, can you at least add an option to use the subscription “style” the other script use? a simply checkbox under the reply button, with option to make it checked by default, to subscribe to discussion as soon you post a reply.
