Not working with the DIVI theme projects pages !

This was my initial question to the DIVI people:
I want to make my site more professional, and more commercial.
Also, since I am changing my goal in photography, more to fine art photography, some adjustments will be needed!
For that reason, I must find a way for visitors to become registered users. The registered users will have full access to all the projects in the portfolio, non registered users will not!Their answer was that I needed a plugin for that, so I ended up with Paid Membership Pro.
But….
I spent the whole morning testing, it does not work the DIVI theme project pages!
It looks simple: I want to limit access to certain projects on the portfolios page.
I have added the category of these projects membership access levels settings of the plugin, the problem is however that only POST categories, for instance in my case “news” are accepted, and not project categories???
That way, in the right column of the edit page, there is no setting to enable the limited access (in the case of a post page under the “news”category, when enabled in the pmal , that option becomes available!)
