The plugin does not removes the connection to Google Fonts, unless you don’t have certain other plugins installed.
Still version 0.19, displaying used fonts and target-URL is nice.

An idea for further development: Where do you find these link in source-code of your WP-installation?

    Hi There!

    Thanks for the feedback!

I’ve just checked and the fonts are found in 2016:

Do you have any other plugin installed which loads fonts?

    Best Regards

    Thanks for your quick reply.

Right. These are the fonts used in 2016.
LGF doesn’t manage it to cut the connection to Google Fonts!?
    No other plugin loads fonts.

    Hi there!

I’ve setup the theme on TasteWP and wasn’T able to reproduce this:

    Admin area URL: https://largeengine.s2-tastewp.com/wp-admin
    Username: admin
    Password: jhOVdb-QcO0

    (available for 46 hours)

Can you share a screenshot of the issue?

    Thanks for your quick reply!

Indeed I found a plugin (a gallery-tool) in my WP-installation, which connects to Gfonts.
Installing Local Google Fonts and deactivating this gallery-plugin works and blocks the connection to Google.

So far you are right: LGF *is* working with 2016.

I am not promoting other plugins, but that one is working with enabled gallery-tool and blocks the connection to GFonts.

[ADDED]: I appreciate your work very much and don’t want to malign your plugin. So I would like to change title of this thread.

    Thanks again for your efforts
