Not working with Variable Product

Yes, the plugin definitely works with Variable products. Make sure that you have provided the weight and dimensions of the variation and then check. If the issue persists, kindly provide us the debug request and response so that we can check it.

– Enable debug option in plugin settings page and then place an order from the cart page. You will see a request and response info. Copy this in a text file and send it to us.

We will analyze the debug response and immediately provide you the solution.
NOTE : Make sure that you remove all the account specific info from the request as this is a public forum.

I checked it using your advise and indeed it is working. Apparently my sizes are way off their shipping requirement and the Message from debug is telling me that “There are no valid services available” for those sizes. I would recommend that we get the premium version so we can avail of other services of this plugin. Thank you so much!
