Not working with Virtue theme

Fabulous plugin, really want this feature. Only issue is I cannot get it to work with the Virtue theme on my blog: https://www.aviatorglobetrotter.com
I enabled JC Submenu for the “Destinations” top menu item. I selected “Populate from Taxonomy” with categories and 3 levels of depth. Similar thing for “About” top menu item.
However, nothing is showing as a submenu. Would any of you have ideas for fixing JC Submenu to work in the Virtue theme?
