Not working with Woocommerce 2.4.0

Do you have any more details besides “doesn’t seem to be working with it”? Are you still having issues with this plugin after updating to WooCommerce 2.4.4?

I am using this plugin on a test site running the Storefront theme, WooCommerce 2.4.4, and several other plugins. I have not detected any issues with this plugin’s functionality since updating to WooCommerce 2.4+. I have only Simple Products in my test store.

I actually reverted back to WordPress 2.3.13 because it was not working. I have it set up on “variable products”. There is definitely a problem there — All of the information for each variable just disappeared when I updated. We work with customers who receive different prices per role on a pretty large levelI so don’t really want to make the jump to Woocommerce 2.4 until I know that this is working with it.

Luckily for me, I don’t have any variable products.

Have you been following the support thread for WooCommerce? There were some known issues with variable products, but I think they’ve been fixed in the subsequent updates beyond 2.4.0. However, I realize you’d probably rather receive some reassurance from the author of this plugin before you try another Woo update.

Hi, It’s the same for me, it doesn’t work with WC 2.4 and products with variations.

Any update on this from anyone?

I tried a variable product on my test site and I too saw the problem with RBP v1.3. When I first created the product/variant, the Role Based Price on/off button was there and I could turn it on and set prices. However, after saving the product, all Role Based Price info was gone.

The RBP update (v2.0) released recently has resolved the issue for me. The RBP option is once again there for variants on the back end, and the variants appear normally on the front end as well.
