Not working with woocommerce

  • Hi,

    I recently started using pixel caffeine.

    I’ve set it that it tracks all parts of the sales funnel so when I run ads with adespresso I can see the drop offs etc.

    It seems it doesn’t work with my site thought.

    It’s asking me to make a product feed in facebook? I’m not aware this was needed to track conversions and events?

    I have a screenshot but can’t seem to attach it here.

    Hi,

    to have full support to product catalogs too, you need to export your products from your WooCommerce and import them into a new product catalog on your business manager, see here how to configure it.
