    Hello,
    This plugin has done the following:
    – Displayed products as supposed to, on a table.
    – The only working button was: Delete. Other buttons not working.
    – I used the delete button, and it said the operation is OK. But it was a temporary deletion. The products disappeared only for few minutes, from both the Admin panel and the website itself, then re-appeared as if they have not been deleted!!

    Hi Farag,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Could you please confirm whether you are using the latest version of Smart Manager [i.e. v3.9.9] or not? If not, then request you to kindly update to the latest version and then have a recheck with Smart Manager functionality.

    Further, with regards to the issue with the delete functionality of Smart Manager, could you try reproducing the same issue with a test product and also with only Smart Manager and WooCommerce active on your site.

    Also, the save button gets enables only when you inline edit any og the fields in the Smart Manager dashboard. Further, all other buttons like Add Product, Batch Update, Export CSV, Duplicate Products, etc. are available only in the Pro version.

    If still the issue persists, request you to kindly mail us your site admin login credentials along with short issue description at ‘support(at)storeapps(dot)org’, so that we can investigate and resolve the issue asap.

    Thank you so much for your reply and care.
    I will try to do what you said, But don’t have time to make a fresh install right now, but will do my best to do that very soon.
    The version is the one was available at the time of the writing i.e.: 2 weeks ago.

    We will wait for your reply. Request you to also try to reproduce the same Smart Manager issue with the current version of Smart Manager [i.e. v3.9.10] and do let us know your views on the same.
