Not working with Woocommerce Zone Region selected states?

    I like the plugin but if I only ship to the 48 contiguous United States, I can’t select “United States” in Shipping Zone Regions of Woocommerce or it will include Alaska & Hawaii. If I select all the states except Alaska & Hawaii individually, i.e. Minnesota (US), my Woocommerce shipping works properly at checkout but the plugin throws a “No shipping options were found” message on the product page. It only seems to calculate shipping on the product page if I select “United States” in general. Any ideas?

    Hi @disjun,

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This seems to be due to the way WooCommerce matches Shipping zones based on the address details provided.

    For the configuration you describe, the State field is also required to display the shipping rates.

    Our plugin does not yet include this field on Product Page, but we will address this as part of an upcoming update.

    I’m glad to inform you that we have just released 1.1.0 Shipping Cost on Product Page plugin update. This update will allow you to calculate rates on the product page for your configuration as well.

    You can update the plugin to the new version directly from WordPress.
