Try this fix: https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/cleantalk-spam-protect.zip
Reinstall it, following this instruction:
1. Go to WordPress Console -> Plugins.
2. Deactivate, delete “Anti-spam by CleanTalk”.
3. Go to WordPress Console -> Plugins -> Add new -> Upload.
4. Upload and activate new version.

Clear your browser cache (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Bypass_your_cache), refresh page by pressing ctrl+r or ctrl+f5, and try to test your site again. Please, let us know, was it helpful for you or not.

Hello,

I have run into the same issue. I attempted Vlad’s fix, but it did nothing for me. The settings for CleanTalk remained on my WordPress even after I deactivated and uninstalled. Is there a different fix for this?
