It seems, wpbakery media grid creates the whole image gallery on the fly using JavaScript. When you disable JavaScript in the browser, there are is no image gallery at all.

Since Lightbox with PhotoSwipe needs to “see” the images in the HTML output and add some markup before it goes to the browser, it can not be used with galleries which get created using JavaScript only – sorry.

    Thanks for the quick reply!
I changed the mlarkup using it in a different way.. the image is now visible. Any idea why it still does not work.
    thanks!!

I’m sorry, but the problem is still the same: the gallery is created using JavaScript and therefore Lightbox with PhotoSwipe can’t use it. The gallery must be visible in the source of the website, otherwise Lightbox with PhotoSwipe can’t work.

    See the difference:

Screenshout with JavaScript disabled – no gallery: https://nextcloud.0x0c.de/s/YkMsSynKpxpCbFS

You can use Firefox and the “JavaScript toggle on and off” Add-on to check for yourself, which content is there without JavaScipt: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/javascript-toggler/
