not working with wpmu-dev appointments plugin

Hi

I’ve come across an issue with trying to get the BWPS plugin to work with the wpmu-dev’s Appointments+ plugin: https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/appointments-plus/

When BWPS is activated the user is unable to book an appointment because the page just hangs. You can see here: https://kafed.org.uk/staff/test/

Any suggestions to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
