    Yes and I haven′t mails in spam. I receipt other mails from the web without problems.

    I have tested the plugin on a new site to confirm its usability and its working fine. Please check if you have filled required information on Settings->Html new user notification page else it might be conflicting with some other plugin on your site. Can I know if you are using a new user from backend or you have custom form for it.

    Please post a support topic to get help before posting a review.

    By the way, why did you rate it a five star if it didn’t work?
