Not works when i try with a local to online website

Hello,
I don’t understand why the plugging don’t works.
In my case, i want to put online a Local version of a website.

I check all the boxes and i enter theses url :

https://localhost:8888/choletbasket
https://www.jfcholetmondialbasketball.com

and i also try with a more precise url :

https://localhost:8888/choletbasket/wp-content/uploads/2014/11
https://www.jfcholetmondialbasketball.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11

Can you Help me ?
I want to see back my pictures !
