Pretty theme but difficulties with service

The theme is pretty and good looking, but the service is not serious at all.
I bought this theme some months ago, since then :
– The theme site disappeared before coming online again, in the meantime the theme stopped working (licencing issues due to missing home site)
– The paid theme itself has not been updated while the free version was
– Some things are not working correctly, like the bugged licence manager, and each time you complain, the answer is “soon”
– My account on the theme site disappeared three times
– The support forum and instant chat have been removed and replaced by email contact and when you insist to have answers there is no answer at all !
This is not what you expect when you buy a theme, I am very disappointed and angry !
EDIT : I have finally reached an agreement with Everest Theme, so I have edited the review title and raised the mark.
