  • How do you know that the error wasn’t yours? Why didn’t you try to contact the plugin’s author about this by posting a topic in the plugin’s dedicated sub-forum?

    Hi icecappacino,

Really sorry to hear that you had some issues with our plugin. Curious, actually, as to why you gave us two stars ?? I can assure you, the premium support guys would love nothing more than their queues going down, not up ??

I’d love to hear about any bugs you encountered and see how we can help eliminate them. As in any software package, there are legitimate bugs – but sometimes, it’s a simple matter of an old theme conflict or a configuration issue.

Let me know if there is anything I can do to help!

    No worries folks.

There’s plenty of community based (free) support available for anyone who asks. And if you find a real bug, it’s easy to get it into the open source development system on gitHub.

If you really get stuck with a problem nobody can figure out if it is a plugin bug or something else it’s great to have the option of paid support.

    Jeff
