• I liked the free version of Writee, so I upgraded to Pro. It was a mistake ?? I found it conflicted with popular plugins and had numerous errors in the configuration pages. Despite the support staff being reasonably responsive (typical responses in 24 hrs), they couldn’t log in to troubleshoot (while another support team had successfully logged in) and blamed it on the plugins. I did not receive the refund I requested.

    As your above message mentions, that there was an issue with a third-party plugin, which was conflicting with the theme code.

    We responded to your query, but you never responded to us with the FTP details which were required, after sending a follow-up email you never shared the details.

    As the theme was edited by your plugin team, it was definite that, when you will update the theme to its latest version, the changes made to the theme will be lost and that’s what happened after updating the theme, your plugin again conflicted with the theme. You still reached support but never shared the FTP details which required from the start.

    About the Refund Jen, As per our Refund Policy, we do not offer refunds. You were asking for a refund after using a Product for near about 3 months, for an issue which was caused by a third party plugin.

    We support our product and help our customers in getting any issue resolved.

    We will still help you in getting the issue resolved if you will share the Admin and FTP details with us.
