not wprking on single product page

    Hi
    In woocommerce single product pages the Freesoul not working to inactive other plugins WHILE In other pages this plugin works well. I tried several times and with or without any other plugins active at the same time but i can’t resolve this. Whats wrong?

    I suggest you:

    – Visit the backend page Settings => Permalink
    – Go to Freesoul Deactivate Plugins => Singles => Products
    – Focus on a specific product now, then if it works you can do the same for the other products. Activate a plugin for that product. Save the options. Deactivate again the same plugin. Save again the options. By doing so, FDP will update the Singles settings. If you don’t activate/deactivate a plugin, FDP will think you haven’t changed anything.
    – Check on the frontend if you still have the same issue with that product.

    If you still have the same issue, please let me know the permalink structure for your single products. You should see it in Settings => Permalinks => Product Permalinks.

    Try also to clear any kind of cache you have. If you are using some plugins to combine JS and CSS, clear that cache. The same if you have a CDN.

    If you can share the URL of your products it would be a great help.
