    This issue has been addressed in recent patches. However, it this problem can still occur due to specific misconfigurations, particularly when transitioning from a sandbox account to a live account.

    To resolve this issue, we recommend one of the following step:

    1. Deleting the Plugin Settings:
      • Go to the “Connection” tab in the plugin settings.
      • At the bottom of the page, you will find a button labeled “Clear now.”
      • Click this button to delete the plugin data from your database and remove all settings.

    This action will necessitate re-onboarding the plugin, so please be prepared to go through the setup process again. This step is likely to resolve the problem.

    Or alternatively this also should work too:

    1. Re-onboarding the Sandbox Account:
      If you previously onboarded a sandbox account and then switched to a live account, we recommend onboarding the sandbox account again and disabling Vaulting. Afterward, proceed to onboard with a live account.
