Notes to Customer

Hi there,
I am wondering how I can send a “Note to customer” via email.
When I write a “Note to Customer” it appears in the customer’s account and in the back-end of WC. Unfortunately, there is nothing that notifies the client that he/she has received a note.
Is it possible to send a specific email when this kind of note is written (maybe by creating a new email template) ? Or can I include notes to customer to an existing email template?
I would really appreciate if someone can help me on how it can be done.
