    Hi there,

    I am wondering how I can send a “Note to customer” via email.

    When I write a “Note to Customer” it appears in the customer’s account and in the back-end of WC. Unfortunately, there is nothing that notifies the client that he/she has received a note.

    Is it possible to send a specific email when this kind of note is written (maybe by creating a new email template) ? Or can I include notes to customer to an existing email template?

    I would really appreciate if someone can help me on how it can be done.

    When you select NOTE TO CUSTOMER an email with the message is sent to customer.
    When you select PRIVATE NOTE, the message is only posted on order page.
    Try again, I am 100% sure about what I am saying. If an email is not sent, your shop has a problem.

    Hi catboulin,

    Unfortunately it doesn’t work. Other emails are sent normally, that’s why I am asking here. Except that, all WooCommerce is ok.

    Do you have any idea what could be the cause of this problem ?
