i found that i have a different wp table prifix. does that effect anything thing?

No, that doesn’t effect anything. Our Upload My File plugin uses the normal post table for it content, because it adds data to the WooCommerce order.

test after test
i found that the upload field did appear but only after order placed, and the link from the order email. N have to login to view the order, this means no guest purchase upload allow?
is there anyway the upload field appear at the page after PLACE ORDER (checkout pageOR order-received page) not in the email link (view-order page)?

Indeed the plugin only works after checkout (at the moment, but we’re willing to change this).

Our PRO version has the possibility to upload on the “thank you page”. For FREE you can only upload on the order detail page, which can be reached from the My Account page or from the email.
