- Have you enabled checkout fields from the plugin and it is completely invisible while checkout or is it showing any errors?
- Also, could you kindly confirm which address validation API is currently configured on your site?
- kindly provide a sample address where you are experiencing the issue.
Additionally, sharing the API logs would also be beneficial as it would allow us to verify if any errors were returned, thereby enabling us to determine the root cause of the address verification failure. Also, there is a probability of plugin/theme conflicts so we may need to check plugin/theme compatibility by switching themes and plugins to see whether you are getting checkout fields. You can also reach out to our Support Team so that they can check compatibility checks.
