• Hi,

    We installed the plugin and enabled all of the features, but we can’t see it anywhere in our checkout in Safari or Chrome. None of the fields appear, and no address validation happens; we can easily check out using any fake zip code and state.

    In response to your inquiry, we have been unable to replicate the issue which described in our test site. To assist in resolving the matter, could you please provide clarification on the below points?

    • Have you enabled checkout fields from the plugin and it is completely invisible while checkout or is it showing any errors?
    • Also, could you kindly confirm which address validation API is currently configured on your site? 
    •  kindly provide a sample address where you are experiencing the issue.

    Additionally, sharing the API logs would also be beneficial as it would allow us to verify if any errors were returned, thereby enabling us to determine the root cause of the address verification failure. Also, there is a probability of plugin/theme conflicts so we may need to check plugin/theme compatibility by switching themes and plugins to see whether you are getting checkout fields. You can also reach out to our Support Team so that they can check compatibility checks.

    Everything is enabled yet we see nothing, we provided our URL in the above post, do you see it when you try it?

    Here is how it was set up, as far as we can tel it should all be functioning just fine but we still don’t see it.

    Regarding your question, yes, we went through your website, and it looks like you are using?some multistep checkout or checkout field editor plugins on your site so there is a probability of a conflict. We request you kindly share the?test site credentials with our?support team?so that they can run compatibility checks to see if there are any conflicts on your site. Moreover, we can see in the configuration screenshots, you have enabled the Address Autocomplete feature only to specific countries, so kindly confirm that you are trying with a US address to get the checkout field.?

    Hi, It’s been a month that we have had this plugin enabled and our users still cannot see any address verifications enabled in our cart.

    Thank you for sharing the plugin for our reference.

    We have done plugin compatibility on our test site. It appears that the other checkout plugin is overriding?the address verification feature of our plugin so the functionality is not working when it is activated. As a result, the intended functionality fails to operate when the other plugin is activated. Our product has been designed to integrate with the Woocommerce checkout fields. However, both the key functionalities of our plugin and the default Woocommerce checkout are being overridden by this plugin.
