Nothing appears on my site

I have installed this plugin and chosen the custom HTML option, inputted the HTML, and saved the settings; yet even after clearing the cache and visiting my site (jhansonhomes.com), no “under construction” message appears — only the regular site, which I’d like hidden for the time being.
Please help, thanks!
