    Hi,

Downloaded your plugin this morning and am enjoying it very much. Thank you.

One issue I have (I am using the “Speed” template) is that when the newsletter is viewed in the browser the footer image I have inserted is tight aginst the bottom of the screen. Although I am just testing it just now the viewer would not be able to unsubscribe or view my address.

I have viewed this on a laptop, android phone and blackberry playbook with the same result.

    Am I doing something wrong?

On another point – I noticed a few comments about the lack of responsive newsletters. You mentioned looking into this. Are you any closer?

    Thanks again.

  • Here’s an update about MailPoet 3 (that will support responsive templates): https://www.mailpoet.com/an-update-on-mailpoet-3/

Can you take a screenshot and send us a link to it so that we can properly see what’s going on with your newsletter?

    Hi,
    Thanks for getting back.

Here is a link (https://goo.gl/93Tphn)to a trial newsletter we preoduced so we could see what it looked like. If you scroll to the bottom of the screen you will see the “Thanks for Reading” green image but nothing below i.e. the unsubscribe link and our address are missing from the browser version.

However in the email version (https://snag.gy/T4B8R.jpg)it is clearly seen.

    Thanks

Oh okay, we understood your issue now. We had to remove this part of the newsletter in Browser view, for security purposes since hackers were exploring this part to steal some user data.
