Nothing but Appointy link shows up after I installed and created the page

I added the Appointy plug-in, added {APPOINTY} to text of new, Schedule an Appointment page, then when I visited my site, nothing but the Appointy link shows up. What more should I do? I can’t seen any more instructions on the page other than what I have already done.
