    It seems your Facebook application id is wrong.
    You can use 503595753002055 for testing purpose.

    I have tested with this app id and https://www.facebook.com/wesley.media.arts in my website and its working fine.

    Just replace your FB application id with mine (503595753002055), it will work 100%.

    Test it and let me know..
