Nothing comes up after entering password

  • Hi,
    I’ve installed Hide My Site and its been working fine on my computer, however when a client tries to access the site, the password screen comes up, they enter the password, and then the page goes blank and nothing happens.
    If it’s relevant, they are using Internet Explorer 11 (though I’ve tried using internet explorer and I don’t have any problems).
    What could cause this?

    Can you send me a link to the site, along with the hide my site password? You can email it directly to me via my email: info @ clevelandwebdeveloper dot com. I’ll take a look and see if I can recreate the problem.

    Can’t access my client’s website. The plugin was installed and none of the credentials provided are working. Is there a work around?
