    Hello,

    My site: https://www.justonecookbook.com/how-to/

Everything works perfectly with version 2.6.2 of the plugin. After updating, the content on the above linked page no longer displays.

Can you identify what maybe the cause, or offer a suggestion to begin troubleshooting? Your plugin provided the perfect solution for our design goal and we would really like to continue using it.

In case it helps, the shortcode used is:

    [ajax_load_more post_type="how_to" order="ASC" orderby="title" posts_per_page="12" taxonomy="how_to_sections" taxonomy_terms="' . $term_slug . '" scroll="false" transition="fade" button_label="Load More Items"]

$term_slug is returning correctly, as I mentioned the whole setup worked before updating the plugin version.

    Thank you,

    Greg

    Hi Greg,
    Sorry to hear this,
Can you try de-activating and re-activating the plugin?

Also, its possible your repeater templates failed to update.
Can you click the ‘Options’ button on your Default Repeater and click Update from Database? Then save your repeater.

Thank you for your very fast reply!

I performed both of those activities, but they didn’t resolve the problem.

Do you have any other suggestions?

    Thank you,

    Greg

One more thing, I have tried re-installing the older version of the plugin and the content does return, in case that information is helpful.

    Im not really sure.
Do you have any cache plugins running? YOu could try clearing the cache if so.

    Any errors in the console?

No errors in the console and I cleared and disabled caching plugins; problem persisted.

I cloned the entire site to another host. I updated the plugin and had to re-paste my custom repeater code, but the plugin worked. So the problem doesn’t lie with your plugin!

We’ll talk to the original host and see if we can determine the cause.

Thank you for your plugin and your support.

    Take care,

    Greg
