    Hi,

That sounds like the “Eventbrite Events” page template isn’t assigned (or on a different page from the one that gave you that error message). Just double-checking, you’ve completed all of these steps in that order without any issues?..

If not, can you let us know where things break down, and give a link to a public site so we can check it out, if possible?

    Hi,

I have checked that and i can see the page is using the page template for the eventbrite plugin. I have completed all the steps in the installation guide. I have completed all those steps and I have a successful connection in keyring that works when i test it.

I have another question, in the eventbrite-index.php there is the query with the filters commented out, do i have to uncomment these in order for it to work or is there default values for these and i can uncomment these filters to change the outcome of the query?

    Thanks

Correct; the default behaviour is with those commented out. They’re just there to make it easier to activate various different queries should you so choose.

Do you have a public link so we can take a look?

Closing; just open a new thread if you’re still having issues.
