Nothing found

  • We imported the template. When we click on “Appearance / Personalize”, it leads to “Page not found”. What to do?

    Can you try switching to the default WordPress theme may be TwentyTwenty and check if there is such an issue with the customizer? We will try to replicate the issue and if we are able to replicate the issue, then we will push an update with the fix.

    Hello all right, the theme may be TwentyTwenty we got access to Appearance / Personalize. Theme Zakra is still in error.

    Can you try increasing the following configuration:

    max_execution_time 120
    php_memory_limit 128M
    WP_MEMORY_LIMIT 128M

    You can ask your hosting provider to do so.
