Nothing Found message on author page for Molongui plugin only on Divi

  • Hello,

    I would like to switch from Starbox Author Box plugin which work like a charm, but does not support multilingual by WPML translation.

    But by enabling Molongui, my author page get broken with a Nothing Found message.

    I tried switch to default Divi Theme and disabling all my plugins expected Molongui, the error still happen.

    If I get back to default WordPress author archive page, my posts are well found.

    I also try to set back to default the Author archive from the Divi Theme Builder… everything by default, only enabling Molongui give me this error “Nothing found”. WordPress default page and Starbox version using Divi perfectly found the posts of the author. Only Molongui fail.

    Did you tried your plugin with Divi recently.

    If you have some idea, it would be appreciate to try your plugin, thanks!

    Hi @onico0,

    Sorry about the laaaate reply! We’ve just checked on our testing server and we do get all author posts listed on the author page. That’s without using Divi Builder to customize that page’s template… but you said that you already tried that too. You also did all the troubleshooting steps, so… did you tried to refresh permalinks? If you want to give it a try, you just need to activate our plugin and go to Settings > Permalinks. No need to take any further action, opening that screen is enough to get permalinks regenerated. Could you please check whether the author page is showing some content now?
