Nothing going through to Mailchimp

    Status of plugin says connected. When I sign up with multiple email accounts to test it out, nothing comes through, despite success message appearing. I’ve got integration with Comment Form, Contact Form 7 and Custom and none of these work. No email is sent out to confirm registration to the user and neither is there an update to my list adding that person to it. There are no errors in console either. I’ve tried deactivating and reactivating plugin, no luck.

    Actually, I’ve managed to narrow it down a bit. It’s the Contact Form 7 integration. I have the following fields ‘First Name, Surname, Email, Subject and Message’ on the website. On Mailchimp, I have ‘First name, Surname and email’. But nothing goes through to it…

    I’m having a very similar problem. My contact form works occasionally between the Caldera form on my site and my Mailchimp account. I have 23 people who have signed up on my site buy only 5 have actually been processed through to my Mailchimp account.

    Hello @craftedgenius,

    Have you checked “MailChimp for WP > Others” page to see if any errors are listed? Also have you enabled the CF7 integration by going to “MailChimp for WP > Integrations > Contact Form 7”?

    Hey @smokinghotconfessions,

    From what you described, I’m guessing you have “Double Opt-in” enabled? If yes, then please note that unless the user receives an email from MailChimp.com and verifies his email, their details would not be added to your list.
