Nothing happens

  • Hi,

    I installed and properly connected the new Paypal Payments plugin to my pro paypal account.

    Now, in checkout, when I test to pay with Paypal : I click on the button, a popup briefly appears but disappears and nothing happens. No error message, nothing…

    I had to deactivate it.

    When will you provide an actual stable version ?

    Hi @keucha,

    When the popup window instantly closes without any error messages then this could be caused for example by a security plugin or firewall blocking the connection to PayPal.
    Did you have logging enabled in the plugin settings and checked whether or not any logs were written?
    To rule out any potential plugin conflicts could you please try again with all plugins except for?WooCommerce and PayPal Payments deactivated?

    Yes,

    No differences by deactivating the plugins. I successfully managed to reactivate Paypal Checkout (at first, when I opened this topic, I wasn’t able to), and everything’s working.

    Now, when can we expect a fix on this very serious situation @niklasinpsyde ?
