    Hi,

Same problem as lots of others have mentioned.. you hit “Scan Site” and all that happens is that the spinner appears and spins for a few seconds and then disappears.

    Nothing else happens.

Is this plugin meant to do something? It seems like it’s not working anymore.

(I’m not with WP Engine but a local hosting company)

Update… It’s working fine now Hooray!

Ok so what was going on was I was testing this on a test localhost site and NOT a live site.
As the test site had no public traffic (I assume the issue) then it wouldn’t run the test.

Once I used a live site (exactly the same site just with the updated DNS) it worked fine!

You are 100% correct, the WordPress cron won’t run if the site doesn’t have traffic.

    Hm,
So how do I test a site running on a localhost?
Kind of moment 22 here, I need to test the site for php7.2 compatibility before it goes live and from what I read here, the site needs to be live in order for the plugin to work?

    Here’s what I did for a site let’s just call it : https://mysitezz.com

mysitezz.com = a production site that has DNS records that point it to the production server.
But I made a copy of it on another server for testing, and edited my hostfile on my PC so that I can get to that test site.

I installed the plugin on the test site and the spinning icon came up for a few seconds then disappeared.

    So I edited my test server’s hostfile to say : 127.0.0.1 mysitezz.com

I re-ran the plugin, and now it ran to completion and I get results…
