Nothing happens – rename is not applied

  • I’ve tried the bulk and individual rename features. There’s no error – there’s just no change. Any ideas? Thank you!

    Hi @slapbox,
    when you change the file name in the media page (<your site>/wp-admin/post.php?post=<image id>&action=edit) and save the image, do you see some error message near the text box containing the file name?

    Can you tell me which theme and plugin are you using?

    I need to create a server with the same configuration to test this issue, everything is working fine on my servers.
