Nothing happens upon entering my business email and API

Hello, I’m trying to use the tappd press plugin for my clients website and upon entering the necessary info(user email address and read only API) the only message I get is “options saved” and nothing happens. I don’t get any error or success messages and no shortcodes are displayed. I have tried to the best of my abilities to make sure the cURL extension is enabled and all seems to be ok.
