    Hi,

    What version of your WordPress and version of your FRS?

    If you are not using the latest version, please update your WP and FRS to the latest version, and see if the problem still persist.

    Hi,

    Are you still facing this problem?

    If so, try to debug it by deactivate all other plugins (except FRS) and try again. If FRS is working, then one of your plugin conflict with FRS.

    Because, we already test FRS here, and everything is working normal ??
