Nothing happens when I click "Upload File"

It’s usually caused by a JavaScript error. Are you able to check the console for any errors and report back?

Thanks, I tried and it came up with this in red: “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property ‘id’ of undefined”, then next to it it says “easyrecipe-entry-…”

Could be a plugin conflict with https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/easyrecipe/

Are you able to confirm that you’re using that plugin and try deactivating it to see if it fixes the issue?

Yes I can, but I’m concerned about losing content on that one, too! If I deactivate it, do you know if I’d lose all of the recipes saved there?

Deactivating either plugin won’t cause any data loss. Just don’t delete them. ??

Able to replicate with EasyRecipe, which is where the issue lies. I’ve raised a support request with the plugin author here:

As a workaround you can try adding the following to your theme’s functions.php file:

function dedo_custom_ddownload_supports( $args ) {
    return array( 'title', 'editor' );
}
add_filter( 'dedo_ddownload_supports', 'dedo_custom_ddownload_supports' );

This will enable the editor on the add download pages, which although does nothing should suppress the error.
