    Hi,
I am trying the plugin on a test site.
All looks good. But nothing happens when we press subscribe. Have tried on mobile and pc. Also tried the experimental settings. Same result.

    Any advice?

After php upgrade to version 8 other plugins got issues. Has anyone php 8 and can confirm that it works?

    Hi @dylonb ,

    We’re here to assist you!!

Can you please go to the following place and see if any log recorded in that place.

Go to Admin Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs in there top right dropdown search for the prefix “fatal-errors-” with latest date – post that details here or see you can find any information related to back in stock notifier inside that log.

This will help us to assist you better.

    Let us know.

    Thanks.

    Hello @cheeseking89 ,

    Thanks for sharing screenshots.

We have noticed that there is a Variable product in the Show/Hide Subscribe form for specific products instead of variations. Kindly clear that product from the following option and check it out.(Admin Dashboard-> Instock Notifier-> Settings-> Visibility Settings-> Show/Hide Subscribe Form for Specific Products)

    Let us know.

    Thanks.

Tried that. It doesnt make any difference.
The only way is to go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > hide out of stock items from the catalog.

But than all the out of stock products are showen. I only want to show some items with instock notifier plugin to which the customer can subscribe.

    Thanks

    Hello @cheeseking89,

    Please check the following:

1.Ensure that the option Ignore WooCommerce Out of Stock Visibility Settings for Variation is enabled(Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Settings -> Visibility Settings) – We noticed this option was enabled as per your screenshot but please cross check it, only if Hide Out of Stock visibility option enabled.(Admin Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Inventory -> Out of Stock Visibility).

2.Admin Dashboard-> Instock Notifier-> Settings-> Visibility Settings-> Show/Hide Subscribe Form for Specific Products in there please select each variation instead of the variable product (For example: T-shirt product has a Red and Black Variation – You need to select Red and Black Variation separately instead of select T-shirt product). In the upcoming version, we will try to support variable product selection functionality (Ex: If you select T-shirt in that option – and show/hide visibility applicable for both colour Red and Black T-shirt).

    Let us know.

    Thanks.

I have checked and it is configured as you describe.
I tried adding different products an variables. in the Admin Dashboard-> Instock Notifier-> Settings-> Visibility Settings-> Show/Hide Subscribe Form for Specific Products
    only the parant item: T-shirt,
Only the child vaiable items: T-shirt red and T-shirt blue
Parant and variables: T-shirt,T-shirt red and T-shirt blue

But all the items are hidden from the shop in all scenarios.
Also tried adding a item that does not have any variations, that is also hidden.

Please advise if there is any thing else I can check.

    Thanks!
