  • Hi bassa,

I’m sorry to hear you’ve seen issues with email delivery! Your settings look great — but unfortunately email delivery is becoming an increasingly common issue across the internet. And sometimes this occurs in odd ways, such as one form’s emails delivering while another’s don’t (even on the same site).

For more information on why this happens and how to fix it, here’s our tutorial with all the details: https://wpforms.com/docs/how-to-fix-wordpress-contact-form-not-sending-email-with-smtp/.

An additional benefit is that an SMTP like those described in the article will improve deliverability of all emails from your site and be a good precaution against any future delivery issues with other forms.

When you’ve had a chance to check out that article and give one of those solutions a shot, could you please let me know if you have any questions?

    Thanks! ??

    Hi Jess!

Thanks for the link to that article of yours. I downloaded the WP Mail SMTP Plugin and used “Other SMTP” as my Mailer, and used the SMTP settings for the email account from our Webhosting company.

    That helped!

It’s just SO weird why the problem is only on THAT form and not on any others…!

Regardless, the situation has been resolved, thank you!

    Hi bassa,

I’m so glad that this worked well for you!

Also, I definitely understand any confusion. Email providers keep their spam filtering methods secret, so unfortunately we don’t have a way of knowing exactly why this sometimes only impacts the emails from certain forms. But I’m glad it’s resolved now!

    Have a good one ??
