    There must be a conflict of some sort with your theme or another plugin. I would need to see the page in order to help more.

    The theme uses the same div name “popup” elsewhere, and has it configured to display:none. If you can remove that from your (child) theme that should help, but might break something else in your theme.

    Awesome detective work. I changed the css and it works now. If I run across any problems with a “popup” elsewhere in the theme, I know where I can fix it. Thanks for your help.
