I downloaded the plugin, activated it, chose open street maps, copied the shortcode and pasted it on the home page. Then I downloaded the app, created my username, entered in my url and set the interval for 20 seconds. On my website it shows the frame for the GPS Plotter section on the homepage but it doesn’t show any map let alone show my location. I set the refresh to be auto and manually clicked refresh also and still nothing. It has been 24 hours and there has been no change. Can someone help me?

    Hi abostrom,

I see that you are using the Divi theme. Can you switch to the 2019 theme and see if it works? This will help to narrow down the issue.

    Hi abostrom,

After looking at all of those shortcodes that Divi inserts I can see why it is not working. At this time we will add Divi to the list of themes that GPS Plotter is not compatible with.

We will update it at some time in the future if we find a fix that makes it compatible with Divi. However we do not have a time-table for when that will be.

In the meantime it is compatible with the 2019 Theme and many others but you would have to start with a new install as Divi does not convert over to other themes without leaving all of those shortcodes.

We have been finding that GPS Plotter just is not compatible with some/most page builders.
